How We Balanced and Enhanced a Beautiful Smile That Tilted to One Side

In this particular case, the patient’s smile was already beautiful, but due to a missing pre-molar on the upper right her whole mouth tilted to one side.

In the images above, you can get a closer look of how her mouth tilted. The midline originally went through her left front tooth instead of through the center.

It’s important to note that while the before and after difference was significant, this case took many rounds of aligners and dedicated compliance from our patient.

The results

After driving the midline to the center, this led the patient’s smile to become more symmetrical and also gave her facial features a more balanced look.

Lastly, the corner of her smile now appears fuller.
